What should i do know?

I am struggling wth getting healthier and i have been slipping up. I just need to focus and get my life together. i keep wanting pizza and taco bell, what i should be wanting  is salad and fruit. Why is it that everything bad for us is always the best? is that how it has always been? Why cant stuff we do want be the stuff that our bodies want, the stuff that helps our bodies? Just imagine, going to the grocery store and running to the candy isle and asking your mom for candy and not being turned down, being praised for a “healthy” decision, Instead its the opposite. those commercials from mc donalds for instance are just targeted towards kids just to sell their food and make money. That why childhood obesity is so common now. instead of chicken nuggets they should try to be selling fruits and vegetables with healthy options.
